Firebird Products has been manufacturing high-quality tractor sunshade canopies for over four decades, delivering reliable protection to the agriculture and turf industries, under the brand Tractor Sunshade.

Originally founded in 1983 by Jim Wiedmann, Firebird was instrumental in developing the ROPS-mounted canopy—helping establish what has become a standard across the industry. From its earliest days, the company focused on practical innovation, durable construction, and strong relationships with equipment dealers and operators.

Today, Firebird Products continues that legacy from its long-standing manufacturing base in Arizona. With decades of retained experience in fiberglass and composite production, our team brings deep knowledge of materials, tooling, and real-world performance.

Unlike many canopy suppliers, Firebird manufactures its products in-house. This provides direct control over materials, construction methods, and finishing—resulting in stronger, more consistent canopies designed to hold their shape, resist long-term UV exposure, and perform reliably in demanding conditions.
