Product Information
Tractor Sunshade sells tractor canopies, sunshades, mounting hardware, accessories, and related products.
We make every effort to display product descriptions, pricing, colors, specifications, and availability accurately. However, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on the website will be error-free, complete, or current.
Product colors may appear differently depending on your screen or device. Fitment information, model compatibility, and product specifications should be reviewed carefully before ordering. If you are unsure whether a product fits your tractor, mower, utility vehicle, or equipment, please contact us before placing your order.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, change prices, or cancel orders affected by errors or availability issues.

Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Taxes, shipping, and other charges may be added at checkout.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, inaccurate, incomplete, or placed in error.
Your order is not considered accepted until payment has been processed and we issue an order confirmation.

Shipping and Delivery
Orders are prepared and shipped from our manufacturing facility in Glendale, Arizona.
Most in-stock items are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders generally ship within 3–7 business days.
During peak seasons, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume, processing and shipping times may be extended.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, regional service limitations, freight scheduling, incorrect delivery information, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery timing.
Large canopy kits and oversized items may ship by LTL freight. Freight deliveries may require a delivery appointment and an adult signature. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses, phone numbers, and delivery information.
Additional freight charges may apply for special delivery conditions, including but not limited to inside delivery, liftgate service, redelivery, storage, missed appointments, remote locations, or other carrier-imposed fees.

Shipping Damage
Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery whenever possible.
If packaging appears damaged, crushed, torn, punctured, or mishandled, please inspect the product before signing for delivery. If the product appears damaged or cannot be inspected, we recommend refusing the shipment and contacting us as soon as possible.
If concealed damage is discovered after delivery, contact Tractor Sunshade promptly with photos of the packaging and product. Failure to inspect or report shipping damage promptly may limit or void freight claim eligibility.

Returns and Refunds
Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
To qualify for return, items must be new, unused, in original packaging, in resellable condition, and include all hardware and components.
Discontinued items and custom products are non-returnable. Items damaged by misuse, improper installation, modification, neglect, or customer handling are not eligible for return.

Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization, also known as an RMA, before shipping any product back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all return freight charges. Original outbound freight charges are non-refundable. A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Refund processing takes approximately 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Financial institutions may require 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your account.

Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order has entered production, packaging, fulfillment, or shipment.
Custom orders, special orders, and orders already shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.

Installation and Product Use
Customers are responsible for proper installation and use of all Tractor Sunshade products.
Products should be installed according to any instructions provided. Improper installation, misuse, modification, abuse, neglect, or use outside the intended purpose may result in product damage, equipment damage, personal injury, or voided return eligibility.
If you are unsure how to install a product, please contact us before installation or consult a qualified professional.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, account, and contact information for all purchases.
We are not responsible for delays, delivery issues, additional charges, or failed shipments caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided at checkout.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, practices, or accuracy of third-party websites.
Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

Intellectual Property
