Shipping & Returns Policy

All Tractor Sunshade orders are prepared and shipped from our manufacturing facility in Glendale Arizona. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping and return terms outlined below.

Order Processing

Most in-stock items are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders generally ship within  3–7 business days.

During peak seasons, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended slightly.

Customers will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipment notification once the order leaves our facility.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

Tractor Sunshade products ship using parcel carriers or freight services depending on product size, weight, and destination.

Common delivery methods include:

  • Ground parcel carriers for accessories and smaller items
  • LTL freight carriers for canopies and large orders.

We ship using trusted carriers including UPS, Old Dominion Freight Lines, FedEx Freight, TForce Freight, and other qualified LTL freight providers as needed.

Estimated transit time after shipment is typically 3–7 business days for customers located within the contiguous United States. Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier scheduling, weather conditions, regional service limitations, and force majeure events may affect delivery timing.

Flat Rate Shipping

Flat Rate Standard Shipping applies to Tractor Sunshade branded product orders shipped within the contiguous United States, also known as the lower 48 states.

Flat Rate Shipping:

  • Plastic Canopies: $75 per order
  • Fiberglass Canopies: $150 per order

Dealer pricing, negotiated pricing, and promotional orders do not qualify for flat-rate shipping unless approved in writing.

Flat-rate shipping applies to standard delivery conditions only. Additional services or delivery conditions may result in additional freight charges, including but not limited to: Delivery inside a building, unpacking, assembly, or special placement is not included unless specifically agreed to in advance.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship primarily within the contiguous United States.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and other non-contiguous locations may require custom freight arrangements, additional charges, and extended delivery times. Customers requiring shipment to these areas should contact our team prior to placing an order.

We currently ship internationally to Canada. International shipping availability for other destinations may vary.

International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, import requirements, and compliance with local import laws. Flat Rate Shipping does not apply to international orders. Additional freight charges may apply.

We reserve the right to refuse any shipment that cannot be safely or legally delivered.

Freight Deliveries

Large canopy kits and oversized items ship via LTL freight.

Flat rate freight deliveries are typically made curbside only unless otherwise arranged. Delivery inside a building, unpacking, assembly, or special placement is not included unless specifically agreed to in advance.

Freight deliveries may require a delivery appointment. In these cases, the carrier will typically contact the recipient directly to coordinate delivery timing.

An adult must be present to sign for freight deliveries. Missed delivery appointments may result in redelivery fees.

Customers must ensure accurate contact information and delivery information are provided at checkout to avoid delays or additional charges.

Delivery Inspection & Damage Reporting

All shipments are insured at no additional cost to the customer. 

Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments at the time of delivery whenever possible.

If the shipping box, crate, or packaging appears heavily damaged, crushed, torn, punctured, or mishandled, please inspect the product before signing for the delivery.

If the product is visibly damaged, or if the packaging damage is severe and you are unable to inspect the product before the driver leaves, we recommend refusing the shipment.

If visible damage or suspected damage is present, please take the following steps:

  • Photograph the shipment before accepting it
  • Note the damage or suspected damage with the carrier or driver
  • Refuse the shipment if the product appears damaged or cannot be inspected
  • Contact Tractor Sunshade as soon as possible

These steps help us document the condition of the shipment and provide the necessary evidence when filing a damage claim with the carrier.

If concealed damage is discovered after delivery, please contact Tractor Sunshade within 48 hours of receipt, and no later than 5 calendar days after delivery. Please provide clear photos of the packaging and product and retain the original packaging.

Failure to inspect or report shipping damage promptly may limit or void freight claim eligibility.

Tracking Information

Shipment tracking details will be provided via email once an order ships.

Tracking information may include:

  • Carrier name
  • Tracking number
  • PRO number for freight shipments
  • Estimated delivery window, when available

Parcel shipments can be tracked directly online using the carrier tracking number.

Freight shipments must be tracked through the carrier’s website using the provided PRO/Tracking number.

For assistance locating tracking information, customers may contact our support team.

Order Changes & Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses, contact information, and delivery details at checkout.

Tractor Sunshade is not responsible for delays, redelivery fees, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Requests to modify shipping details after an order has been processed may not be possible.

Pickup Availability

Local pickup availability may vary based on product and inventory availability.

Pickup is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM by prior arrangement.

Customers interested in pickup options should contact Tractor Sunshade before ordering to confirm eligibility, inventory availability, and scheduling.

Customers will be contacted when pickup orders are ready.

Special pricing or pickup discounts may apply for pickup orders arranged directly with our team. Pickup discounts must be arranged in advance and are not automatically applied online.

Returns

Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.

To qualify for return, items must:

  • Be new and unused
  • Be in original packaging
  • Be in resellable condition
  • Include all hardware and components

Discontinued items and custom products are non-returnable.

Items damaged by misuse, improper installation, modification, neglect, or customer handling are not eligible for return.

Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization, also known as an RMA, before shipping any product back.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Fees

Customers are responsible for all return freight charges.

Original outbound freight charges are non-refundable.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

We strongly recommend using a trackable freight method for returned items. Tractor Sunshade is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Return shipments can be arranged by Tractor Sunshade if requested.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing takes approximately 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Financial institutions may require 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your account.

Customers will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
