1. Prepare mounting components
Identify the mounting plates, support tubes, U-bolts, and hardware included in the kit. Position mounting plates against the ROPS uprights with orientation holes facing forward to allow later adjustment.
2. Determine ROPS spacing
Measure the outside width of the ROPS to confirm tube placement. Depending on spacing, support tubes may mount inside or outside the plates to achieve proper canopy width and centering.
3. Attach bracket assembly
Secure the mounting plates and tubes to the ROPS using the provided U-bolts and flange nuts. Leave all fasteners slightly loose to allow alignment adjustments during leveling.
4. Align and level support structure
Adjust the bracket assembly so the cross tubes sit level side-to-side and parallel with the tractor frame. Proper alignment ensures consistent canopy positioning and load distribution.
5. Position canopy
Place the N-Series canopy onto the support tubes with the rear orientation facing the back of the tractor. Visually confirm that the canopy is centered and level when viewed from the front and sides.
6. Mark and drill mounting holes
Using tube holes as guides, mark mounting locations and drill through the canopy at each corner. Allow the drill to cut gradually through fiberglass to avoid surface damage.
7. Install isolation hardware
Insert mounting bolts through washers, rubber isolator pads, and canopy surfaces before securing with lock nuts. The rubber interface allows slight movement that helps reduce vibration transfer.
8. Final alignment and tightening
Recheck canopy alignment and complete installation by tightening bracket hardware followed by canopy fasteners. Bolts should be snug while allowing isolator pads to remain slightly compressed rather than rigidly clamped.
Post-Installation Check:
- Confirm canopy clearance from controls and seat movement
- Verify all hardware is secure
- Ensure unobstructed operator visibility
Shipping / Freight Information
All Tractor Sunshade orders are prepared and shipped from our distribution facilities once payment and order details have been verified. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended slightly.
Customers will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipment notification once the order leaves our facility.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
Tractor Sunshade products ship using parcel carriers or freight services depending on product size, weight, and destination.
Common delivery methods include:
- Ground parcel carriers for accessories and smaller items
- LTL freight carriers for canopy systems and larger components
Estimated transit time after shipment is typically 3–7 business days for customers located within the contiguous United States. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier scheduling, weather conditions, or regional service limitations.

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and other non-contiguous locations may require additional charges and extended delivery times. Customers requiring shipment to these areas should contact our team prior to placing an order.
International shipping availability may vary by destination. Duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import requirements are the responsibility of the customer.
Freight Deliveries
Orders shipped via freight carrier may require a delivery appointment. In these cases, the carrier will typically contact the recipient directly to coordinate delivery timing.
Customers must ensure accurate contact information is provided at checkout to avoid delays.
Freight deliveries are typically made curbside unless otherwise arranged.
Delivery Inspection & Damage Reporting
Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments at the time of delivery whenever possible.
If the shipping box, crate, or packaging appears heavily damaged, crushed, torn, punctured, or mishandled, please inspect the product before signing for the delivery if the carrier allows it.
If the product is visibly damaged, or if the packaging damage is severe and you are unable to inspect the product before the driver leaves, we recommend refusing the shipment.

- Photograph the shipment before accepting it
- Note the damage or suspected damage with the carrier
- Refuse the shipment if the product appears damaged or cannot be inspected
- Contact Tractor Sunshade as soon as possible
These steps help us document the condition of the shipment and provide the necessary evidence when filing a damage claim with the carrier.
If concealed damage is discovered after delivery, please contact Tractor Sunshade within 48 hours of receipt and provide photos of the packaging and product.
Failure to report shipping damage promptly may limit claim eligibility.
